FOODS THAT CAUSE KIDNEY STONES: BE AWARE

In most cases, kidney stones are formed by substances from the food that people take, aside from rare occasions that hereditary diseases led to stone formation. Diets play a big role in forming these unwanted stones on our kidneys. It is then a good proposition that we will be educated on what these food groups are so we would be able to manage and control intake or if possible eliminate those from our daily food diet.

What to Avoid:

Foods High In Oxalate
Most researches show that oxalate or oxalic acids are potential risks in forming kidney stones. When combine with calcium, the oxalic acid come together to form kidney stones—small shingle that form in either the kidney or the bladder. If these stones are tiny enough, they will pass out of the body without being detected. However, if these substances become too large, they can cause too much pain, making barrier of the urine flow, and sometime resulting to severe urinary tract infection.

Example of foods which are high in oxalate:

Beans
Beer
Beets
Blackberries
Black and red raspberries
Blueberries
Celery
Chard
Chocolate
Cocoa
Coffee powder (Nescafe)
Collards
Concord grapes
Currants
Dandelion greens
Eggplant
Escarole
Fruit cake
Fruit salad (canned)
Green bell pepper
Grits (white corn)
Kale
Leeks
Lemon and lime peel
Nuts
Okra
Ovaltine
Parsley
Pokeweed
Rhubarb
Spinach
Strawberries
Summer squash
Sweet potatoes
Tea
Tofu
Tomato soup
Wheat germ

Sodium
High consumption of sodium may also pose threat to formation of kidney stones. Salt and other sodium compositions in food ingredients may contribute to high amount of calcium excreted to the urine.

Food Rich in Protein
Too much intake of protein-rich foods may also contribute to increasing calcium in the urine. Thus, should be controlled or limited in your daily diet.

Some of protein-rich sources are:
• Milk
• Soy Milk
• Eggs
• Cheese
• Yogurt
• Peanut Butter
• Lean Meats, Fish, and Poultry
• Beans, Tofu, Lentils, and other Legumes
• Grains, including bread and pasta
• Nuts and Seeds

Sugar
Large amount of sugar may also increase the tendency of producing calcium oxalate stones. It is wise enough to decrease sugar intake in meals.
The article above does not convey the message that we do not eat all the foods mentioned. Our body, for proper system balance still needs the right amount of each of the food group. However, as concerned enough for our own welfare, we should have the maturing awareness of what could be the implications when we take more than what our body requires. It is not bad to eat those once in a while, just take it in the manner that is according to what we call a healthy diet. Remember, our kidneys are only two. If these will be threatened, we could not buy those again with the money that we earn.

Managing Stress

A lecturer when explaining stress management to an audience, Raised a glass of water and asked 'How heavy is this glass of water?'

Answers called out ranged from 20g to 500g.

The lecturer replied, 'The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long you try to hold it.

If I hold it f or a minute, that's not a problem.

If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my right arm.

If I hold it for a day, you'll have to call an ambulance.

In each case, it's the same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.'

He continued,

'And that's the way it is with stress management.

If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later,

As the burden becomes increasingly heavy, We won't be able to carry on.
'
'As with the glass of water,
You have to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again.

When we're refreshed, we can carry on with the burden.'

'So, before you return home tonight, put the burden of stress down.

Don't carry it home.

You can pick it up tomorrow.

Whatever burdens you're carrying now, Let them down for a moment if you can.'

So, my friend, Put down anything that may be a burden to you right now.

Don't pick it up again until after you've rested a while.

Here are some great ways of dealing with the burdens of life:

* Accept that some days you're the pigeon, And some days you're the
statue.

* Always keep your words soft and sweet, Just in case you have to eat
them.

* Always wear stuff that will make you look good
If you die in the middle of it.

* Drive carefully. It's not only cars that can be "Recalled" by their
maker.

* If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.

* If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, It was
probably worth it.

* It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to be kind to
others.

* Never put both feet in your mouth at the same time, Because then you
won't have a leg to stand on.

* Nobody cares if you can't dance well.
Just get up and dance.

* Since it's the early worm that gets eaten by the bird, sleep late.

* The second mouse gets the cheese.

* When everything's coming your way,
You're in the wrong lane.

* Birthdays are good for you.
The more you have, the longer you live.

* You may be only one person in the world, But you may also be the world
to one person.

* Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

* We could learn a lot from crayons... Some are sharp, some are pretty
and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors,
but they all have to live in the same box.

*A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.

The All Sufficient God

Gen 17:1 ...Jehovah appeared to Abram and said to him, I am the All-sufficient God; Walk before Me, and be perfect.

Phil 1:19 For I know that for me this will turn out to salvation through your petition and the bountiful supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

We need to learn the meaning of the title of God in Gen. 17:1, the all-sufficient God. In Hebrew this title is El-Shaddai. El means the Strong One, the Mighty One, and Shaddai, implying the meaning of breast, udder, means all-sufficient. El-Shaddai is the Mighty One with an udder, the Mighty One who has the all-sufficient supply. An udder produces milk, and the milk is the all-sufficient supply, having water, minerals, and many vitamins in it and containing all that we need for our daily living. So El-Shaddai means the all-sufficient Mighty One.

God also told Abraham to be perfect. What does it mean to be perfect? For Abraham to be imperfect did not mean that he was not good; it meant that he was short of God. None of us can be perfected without God. Without God, there is no perfection. Without Him we are always lacking something.

Practically speaking, to be perfect means that we do not rely upon the strength of the flesh
[i.e., self] but trust in the all-sufficient Mighty One for our life and work. We must always trust in God's all-sufficiency for everything. Many of us, for example, are troubled by our temper. Why do we lose our temper at certain times? Because at those times we do not trust in God. The losing of our temper should force us to learn one lesson-never to stay away from God but to trust in Him every moment. Do not try to overcome your temper. If you forget your temper and trust in God every moment, your temper will be overcome. Amen..

Faith in Giving

Good day to all my readers who are here today. I will share to you a wonderful short-story which touched my heart a lot and made me realized how short am I in the eyes of the Lord when it comes to giving.

The Undergraduate

An unemployed graduate woke up one morning and checked his pocket. All he
had left was $10. He decided to use it to buy food and then wait for death
as he was too proud to go begging. He was frustrated as he could find no
job, and nobody was ready to help him.

He bought food and as he sat down to eat, an old man and two little children
came along and asked him to help them with food as they had not eaten for
almost a week.
He looked at them. They were so lean that he could see their bones. Their
eyes had gone into the socket. With the last bit of compassion he had, he gave
them the food. The old man and children prayed that God would bless and prosper
him and then gave him a very old coin. The young graduate said to them 'you
need the prayer more than I do'.

With no money, no job, no food, the young graduate went under the bridge to
rest and wait for death. As he was about to sleep, he saw an old newspaper
on the ground. He picked it up, and suddenly he saw an advertisement for
people with old coins to come to a certain address.
He decided to go there with the old coin the old man gave him. Upon arriving,
He gave the proprietor the coin. The proprietor screamed, brought out a big
book and showed the young graduate a photograph. This same old coin was
worth 3 million dollars. The young graduate was overjoyed as the
proprietor gave him a bank draft for 3 million dollars within an hour. He
collected the Bank Draft and went in search of the old man and little
children.

By the time he got to where he left them eating, they had gone. He asked the
owner of the canteen if he knew them. He said no but they left a note for
you. He quickly opened the note thinking it would lead him to find them.

This is what the note said: 'You gave us your all and we have rewarded you
back with the coin,' signed God the Father , The Son and The Holy Ghost . 1
Kings 17:10-16; Matthew 11:28-30

Personally, this story opened my heart and let me see the value of our giving to the Lord and to his people. Sometimes, I myself worry too much that I hold back every amount I have to spare for the coming days needs. I lack faith to giving. This short-story really has made me ashamed before the Lord. So many times, I have special prayers for our immediate needs yet I did not take heed of the inner leading that the secret of receiving is just giving. Just as the story above quoted, "you gave us your all, we have rewarded you back with..." God's words never fail. When we offer our all for the Lord and to His people, he will let the gates of heavens open and rain down manifold of blessings to you. When you give all that you have, He would never fail to reward it back to you a hundredfold. When you have faith in RECEIVING FROM HIM, Have FAITH ALSO IN YOUR GIVING. May the Lord truly have mercy on me and transform me with a giving heart. Amen.

Praising God by Faith

Psalm 106:12 is a very precious word. This was the condition of the children of Israel in the wilderness. They believed, and they sang. They believed, so they praised. Praise has a basic ingredient—faith. When a man is faced with a problem, he should pray. But as soon as he finds a little faith, as soon as he begins to believe in God and in His greatness, power, compassion, glory, and manifestation of His glory, he should begin to praise. If a man acquires faith but does not follow it up with praise, he will soon find that his faith is gone. We are saying this from our experience.

Therefore, we must learn to praise. We must learn to utter words of praise. We have to open our mouths to praise. We should have not only a mind to praise but also actual audible words of praise. You have to praise God in the face of all your problems and in the face of Satan. You should say, “O Lord! I praise You!” Do this until you turn from having no feeling to having feeling, or from having a feeble feeling to a strong feeling. Do this until you turn from little faith to full faith. Do not wait until the enemy runs away to sing. We have to sing to chase him away. We have to learn to praise by faith. When we praise Him in faith, the enemy will be defeated and driven away. We have to believe before we can praise. First we believe and praise, and then we will experience victory. Amen!

The Youngest Firefighter

This is a very touching story that made me cried a tear.

In Phoenix, Arizona, a 26-year-old mother stared down at her 6 year old son, who was dying of terminal leukemia. Although her heart was filled with sadness, she also had a strong feeling of determination. Like any parent, she wanted her son to grow up & fulfill all his dreams. Now that was no longer possible... The leukemia would see to that. But she still wanted her son's dream to come true.
She took her son' s hand and asked, 'Billy, did you ever think about what you wanted to be once you grew up? Did you ever dream and wish what you would do with your life?'

Mommy, 'I always wanted to be a fireman when I grew up.'

Mom smiled back and said, 'Let's see if we can make your wish come true.'

Later that day she went to her local fire Department in Phoenix, Arizona, where she met Fireman Bob, who had a heart as big as Phoenix!

She explained her son's final wish and asked if it might be possible to give her 6 year-old son a ride around the block on a fire engine.

Fireman Bob said, 'Look, we can do better than that. If you'll have your son ready at seven o'clock Wednesday morning, we'll make him an honorary Fireman for the whole day.
He can come down to the fire station, eat with us, go out on all the fire calls, the whole nine yards! And if you'll give us his sizes, we'll get a real fire uniform for him, with a real fire hat - not a toy -- one-with the emblem of the Phoenix Fire Department on it, a yellow slicker like we wear and rubber boots.'

'They're all manufactured right here in Phoenix, so we can get them fast.'

Three days later Fireman Bob picked up Billy, dressed him in his uniform and escorted him from his hospital bed to the waiting hook and ladder truck. Billy got to sit on the back of the truck and help steer it back to the fire station. He was in heaven.
There were three fire calls in Phoenix that day and Billy got to go out on all three calls. He rode in the different fire engines,
the Paramedic's' van, and even the fire chief's car. He was also videotaped for the local news program.

Having his dream come true, with all the love and attention that was lavished upon him, so deeply touched Billy, that he lived three months longer than any doctor thought possible.

One night all of his vital signs began to drop dramatically and the head nurse, who believed in the hospice concept - that no one should die alone, began to call the family members to the hospital.

Then she remembered the day Billy had spent as a Fireman, so she called the Fire Chief and asked if it would be possible to send a fireman in uniform to the hospital to be with Billy as he made his transition.

The chief replied, 'We can do better than that. We'll be there in five minutes.. Will you please do me a favor? When you hear the sirens screaming and see the lights flashing, will you announce over the PA system that there is not a fire?'

'It's the department coming to see one of its finest members one more time. And will you open the window to his room?'
About five minutes later a hook and ladder truck arrived at the hospital and extended its ladder up to Billy's third floor open window--------16 fire-fighters climbed up the ladder into Billy's room.

With his mother's permission, they hugged him and held him and told him how much they LOVED him. With his dying breath, Billy looked up at the fire chief and said, 'Chief, am I really a fireman now?'

'Billy, you are, and The Head Chief, Jesus, is holding your hand,' the chief said.

With those words, Billy smiled and said, 'I know, He's been holding my hand all day, and the angels have been singing..'
He closed his eyes one last time.
My instructions were to send this to at least four people that I
wanted God to bless and I picked you. This story is powerful and there is nothing attached.
PLEASE do not break this pattern.
Uplifting stories are one of the best gifts we receive.
There is no cost, but a lot of rewards. Let's continue to uplift one another!

Ovarium Cancer

I hope you all take the time to read this and inform on to all you can. Let the women in your life that you care about know this fact.

Years ago, Gilda Radner died of ovarian cancer. Her symptoms were inconclusive, and she was treated for everything under the sun until it was too late. This blood test finally identified her illness but alas, too late. She wrote a book to heighten awareness. Gene Wilder is her widower.

Kathy's Story: this is the story of Kathy West
As all of you know, I have Primary Peritoneal Cancer. This cancer has only recently been identified as its OWN type of cancer, but it is essentially Ovarian Cancer.

Both types of cancer are diagnosed in the same way, with the 'tumor marker' CA-125 BLOOD TEST, and they are treated in the same way - surgery to remove the primary tumor and then chemotherapy with Taxoland Carboplatin.

Having gone through this ordeal, I want to save others from the same fate That is why I am sending this message to you and hope you will print it and give it or send it via E-mail to everybody you know.

One thing I have learned is that each of us must take TOTAL responsibility for our own health care. I thought I had done that because I always had an annual physical and PAP smear, did a monthly Self-Breast Exam, went to the dentist at least twice a year, etc. I even insisted on a sigmoidoscopy and a bone density test last year. When I had a total hysterectomy in 1993, I thought that I did not have to worry about getting any of the female reproductive organ cancers.

LITTLE DID I KNOW. I don't have ovaries (and they were HEALTHY when they were removed), but I have what is essentially ovarian cancer. Strange, isn't it?
These are just SOME of the things our Doctors never tell us: ONE out of every 55 women will get OVARIAN or PRIMARY PERITONEAL CANCER.

The 'CLASSIC' symptoms are an ABDOMEN that rather SUDDENLY ENLARGES and CONSTIPATION and/or DIARRHEA.

I had these classic symptoms and went to the doctor. Because these symptoms seemed to be 'abdominal', I went to a gastro enterologist. He ran tests that were designed to determine whether there was a bacteria infection; these tests were negative, and I was diagnosed with 'Irritable Bowel Syndrome'. I guess I would have accepted this diagnosis had it not been for my enlarged abdomen. I swear to you, it looked like I was 4-5months pregnant! I therefore insisted on more tests

They took an X-ray of my abdomen; it was negative. I was again assured that I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome and was encouraged to go on my scheduled month-long trip to Europe. I couldn't wear any of my slacks or shorts because I couldn't get them buttoned, and I KNEW something was radically wrong. I INSISTED on more tests, and they reluctantly) scheduled me for a CT-Scan (just to shut me up, I think). This is what I mean by 'taking charge of our own health care.'

The CT-Scan showed a lot of fluid in my abdomen(NOT normal). Needless to say, I had to cancel my trip and have FIVE POUNDS of fluid drawn off at the hospital (not a pleasant experience I assure you), but NOTHING compared to what was ahead of me.

Tests revealed cancer cells in the fluid. Finally, finally, finally, the doctor ran a CA-125 blood test, and I was properly diagnosed.
I HAD THE CLASSIC SYMPTOMS FOR OVARIAN CANCER,AND YET THIS SIMPLE CA-125 BLOOD TEST HAD NEVER BEEN RUN ON ME, not as part of my annual physical exam and not when I was symptomatic. This is an inexpensive and simple blood test!

PLEASE, PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FEMALE FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO INSIST ON A CA-125 BLOOD TEST EVERY YEAR AS PART OF THEIR ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMS.

Be fore warned that their doctors might try to talk them out of it, saying, 'IT ISN'T NECESSARY.' Believe me, had I known then what I know now, we would have caught my cancer much earlier (before it was a stage 3 cancer). Insist on the CA-125 BLOOD TEST; DO NOT take 'NO' for an answer!

The normal range for a CA-125 BLOOD TEST is between zero and 35. MINE WAS 754. (That's right, 754!). If the number is slightly above 35, you can have another done in three or six months and keep a close eye on it, just as women do when they have fibroid tumors or when men have a slightly elevated PSA test (Prostatic Specific Antigens) that helps diagnose prostate cancer.

Having the CA-125 test done annually can alertyou early, and that's the goal in diagnosing any type of cancer - catching itearly.

Do you know 55 women? If so, at least one of them will have this VERY AGGRESSIVE cancer. Please, go to your doctor and insist on a CA-125 test and have one EVERY YEAR for the rest of your life.

And forward this message to every woman you know, and tell all of your female family members and friends. Though the median age for this cancer is 56, (and, guess what, I'm exactly 56, women as young as 22have it. Age is no factor.

Gene Wilder and Pierce Brosnan (his wife had it,too) are lobbying for women's health issues, saying that this test should be required in our physicals, just like the PAP and the mammogram.

It is therefore important to make a note on this. If we are concern on our health, we need to let ourselves undergo this CA-125 Blood test. This is now available in most of laboratories nationwide. My mother had undergone this kind of test when she was diagnosed with Ovarian Cyst. This test would tell if you are positive of cancer cells. Thanks God the result was normal. It is wiser to watch over our health for our own sake , our family and all the ones we hold dear.

Is Love Blind?

Not exactly, but once you are hooked in love, your vision gets cloudy and your ability to view a person as a whole gets questionable. When you are in a relationship you are aware of your partner's flaw, but your brain is telling you it's OK to ignore them. I for one, can see a lot of my partner's flaw but I just let it slip through the air and stay in love with him.

Past studies at the Wellcome Department of Neuro-imaging at University College in London found that when romantic partners look at each other, the part of the brain associated with social assessment and negative emotion is relatively dormant and critical judgement is dulled. According to Fisher, this mechanism may have evolved to help people stick together through thick and thin no matter how your wife or husband becomes heavier and heavier each year. =)

Back Pain at Work

Back pain at work: Preventing aches, pains and injuries

Most of us has been experiencing back pains especially when one is associated with long hours of sitting position in front of a personal computer at work. Back pain can make it hard to do your job. Understanding what causes workplace back pain can help you avoid it.

Whether it's dull and annoying or screaming for attention, back pain can make it hard to concentrate on your job.

Many occupations — such as nursing, construction and factory work — may place significant demands on your back. Even routine office work can worsen back pain if you fall into risky habits.
But you often can avoid back pain and injuries by understanding what causes them and focusing on prevention.

What causes back injuries?
Doctors aren't sure about all of the causes of back pain. In fact, most back problems are probably the result of a combination of factors. Some factors, such as family history, aren't preventable. You can control other factors, such as weight, fitness and flexibility, by changing your lifestyle. Still other factors are work related, and you may or may not be able to modify these to prevent injury.

Four work-related factors are associated with increased risk of back pain and injury:
Force. Exerting too much force on your back may cause injury. If your job is physical in nature, you might face injury if you frequently lift or move heavy objects.

Repetition. Repetition refers to the number of times you perform a certain movement. Overly repetitious tasks can lead to muscle fatigue or injury, particularly if they involve stretching to the limit of your range of motion or awkward body positioning.

Posture. Posture refers to your position when sitting, standing or performing a task. If, for instance, you spend most of your time in front of a computer, you may experience occasional aches and pains from sitting still for extended periods. On average, your body can tolerate being in one position for about 20 minutes before you feel the need to adjust.

Stress. Pressures at work or at home can increase your stress level and lead to muscle tension and tightness, which may in turn lead to back pain.

Your best bet in preventing back pain and injury is to be as fit as you can be and take steps to make your work and your working environment as safe as possible.

Be fit
Even if you move around a lot on your job or your job requires physical exertion, you still need to exercise. Regular activity is your best bet in maintaining a healthy back. First of all, you'll keep your weight in check, and carrying around a healthy weight for your body's frame minimizes stress on your back. You can do specific strengthening and stretching exercises that target your back muscles. These exercises are called "core strengthening" because they work both your abdominal and back muscles. Strong and flexible muscles will help keep your back in shape.

Pay attention to posture
Poor posture stresses your back. When you slouch or stand with a swaybacked position, you exaggerate your back's natural curves. Such posture can lead to muscle fatigue and injury. In contrast, good posture relaxes your muscles and requires minimal effort to balance your body.

Standing posture. If you stand for long periods, occasionally rest one foot on a stool or small box. While you stand, hold reading material at eye level. Don't bend forward to do deskwork or handwork.

Sitting posture. To promote comfort and good posture while sitting, choose a chair that supports your back. Adjust the chair so that your feet stay flat on the floor. If the chair doesn't support your lower back's curve, place a rolled towel or small pillow behind your lower back. Remove bulky objects, such as a wallet, from your back pockets when sitting because they can disrupt balance in your lower back.

Lift properly
There's a right way and a wrong way to lift and carry a load. Some key tips for lifting the right way include letting your legs do the work, keeping objects close to your body and recruiting help if a load is too heavy.
Adjust your workspace
Look at the setup of your office or work area. Think about how you could modify repetitive job tasks to reduce physical demands. Remember that you're trying to decrease force and repetition and maintain healthy, safe postures. For instance, you might use lifting devices or adjustable equipment to help you lift loads. If you're on the phone most of the day, try a headset. Avoid cradling the phone between your shoulder and ear to free up your hands for yet another task. If you work at a computer, make sure that your monitor and chair are positioned properly.

Adopt healthy work habits
Pay attention to your surroundings and comfort on the job. Take these steps to prevent back pain:

Plan your moves. Reorganize your work to eliminate high-risk, repetitive movements. Avoid unnecessary bending, twisting and reaching. Limit the time you spend carrying heavy briefcases, purses and bags. If you're carrying something heavy, know exactly where you intend to put it and whether that space is free from clutter.

Listen to your body. If you must sit or stand for a prolonged period, change your position often. Take a 30-second timeout every 15 minutes or so to stretch, move or relax. Try standing up when you answer the phone, to stretch and change positions. If your back hurts, stop activities that aggravate it.

Minimize hazards. Falls can seriously injure your back. Think twice before wearing high heels. Low-heeled shoes with nonslip soles are a better bet. Remove anything from your workspace that might cause you to trip.

Work on coordination and balance. Just walking regularly for activity can help you maintain your coordination and balance. You can also perform balance exercises to keep you steady on your feet.

Address mental health concerns
Being under stress causes your muscles to tense, making you more prone to injury. And the more stress you feel, the lower your tolerance for pain. Try to minimize your sources of stress both on the job and at home. Develop coping mechanisms for times when you feel especially stressed. For instance, perform deep-breathing exercises, take a walk around the block or talk about your frustrations with a trusted friend.
In addition, both depression and substance abuse increase the risk that low back pain will persist. Talk to your doctor if you think you may be affected by either of these issues. Effective treatments are available.

Medical Info About Cancer

Please note of the following :

CANCER
: Not all cancers are the same. 1/3 is curable. 1/3 is preventable.
2 factors of cancer that cannot be controlled are AGE & FAMILY HISTORY.

CAUSES OF CANCER:
1. Smoking is very often the main cause of cancer.
It kills us silently and drains money from us quietly. There’re 4,000 harmful
chemicals (though in diluted form) in one stick of cigarette. Taking one puff
is 600 times worse than inhaling exhaust fumes from vehicles.

2. Some foods that cause cancer are :
a. Barbecued Food
b. Deep Fried Food
c. Overheating Meat
d. Food that is high in fat causes our bile to secrete acid that contains a
chemical which is a promoter of cancer cells.
e. Food that contains preservatives, too much salt or nitrates, e.g. canned
food, salted egg & veggies, sausages, etc.
f. Overnight Rice (where Aflatoxin is accumulated)
g. Food that is low in fibre : Our body needs 25gm of both soluble &
insoluble fibre daily. We must drink at least 1.5 litres of plain water a
day.
h. Contaminated Food (e.g. moulded bread causes our body to secrete
toxins that may eventually lead to liver cancer in the long run. Never
eat bread that is kept in room temperature for more than 2 days
especially in a humid weather.)

3. Types of fat and which is the best?
Highly Recommended for Health :
a. Olive Oil - It does not absorb in our body.
b. Fish Oil - Omega 3 (contained in NI’s Circulytes) has poly-unsaturated
fat. It’s good for our brain cells.
c. Peanut Oil - It contains Vitamin E. A small dosage is recommended
only.

4. Not Recommended for Health
a. Vegetable Fat - Palm oil is worse than coconut oil. It is high in
cholesterol and highly unsaturated.
b. Coconut Oil - It has saturated fat.

5. Specific Food & Beverages
a. Egg when eaten too much can cause High Colon Cancer, Risk Ovary
Cancer, Prostate Cancer.
